Kawasaki Micro engaged us to facilitate a space reduction strategy due to changes in their business. We were able to employ a reputable space planning firm at NO COST to our client which rationalized a space reduction from 20,000 SF down to 14,000 SF. This allowed Kawasaki Micro to confidently lease the appropriate office solution which achieved a $400,000 rental savings!

Nitto Denko America needed to renew their lease at a favorable rent, AND incorporate much needed interior improvements. Our market knowledge and industry reputation leveled the playing field with the landlord, and provided the needed leverage to achieve all of our client’s objectives. The budget was confidently brought to the board and approved, resulting in a new building delivered on time and on budget.
Due to growth and their newly public status, Infoblox was facing the need to relocate into a new corporate headquarter building. It was critical to ensure that their specific requirements for the business and employee environment and culture were successfully incorporated into their new work home. We created a comprehensive analysis of the project criteria and assessment of alternatives against these benchmarks, and executed the overall strategy very effectively. They now occupy a new corporate headquarter building that perfectly meets their needs, delivered on time and on budget.
